TATAC- Cooking lesson at Caroline's

On the 10th of march 2011 we attended a cooking lesson with our english teacher. It was in Laperch at Robin and Caroline POLLIT's.

We arrive at ten and startedn to cook immediately. There were different workshops with differents recipes :

  • gravy sauce (onions, garlics, chiken stoke, gravy granules)
  • Yokshire pudding (savoury sort of "soufflé"), nothing to do with the dog!
  • mashed potatoes with onions
  • apple and raspberry crumble

Everybody took part in the cooking and all the instructions were in English.

It was good fun !

 

At twelve, we had lunch with Caroline and Robin and we ate what we had cooked. Without forgetting english sausages, baked beans and custard.

 

There were a friendly atmosphere and the meal was delicious ! Thank you again Robin and Caroline for this lovely day ! :)
